ABOUT US
A Primary Care Network (PCN) is a new structure introduced by the NHS as part of their long term plan. The network brings general practices together in the same area, allowing them to develop locally in response to the needs of patients in their area. The PCN's main purpose is to not only bring the practices together to support each other, but to also support the practices in delivering new, innovative services for their patients whilst improving patients health and wellbeing.

Dene and Stour Valley PCN brings together three rural practices in South Warwickshire. These include Shipston medical centre, Hastings House Medical centre and Meon medical centre.
